The curriculum of USD’s MSRE program helps students develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the real estate business. For example, it examines the macro and micro-level factors that influence the demand and supply in the real estate space market; it analyzes the factors that investors and developers consider when making their decisions in the real estate asset market; and it explores the various debt and equity sources in the real estate capital market. By interacting with industry professionals and working on live projects, students learn how to apply the knowledge and skills they acquire in the program.
